We've merged the Men's and Women's teams into one program. Coach Edmundo Echeverria will serve as Director of Cross Country and have the experience and passion of Coach Kathleen Swinehart leading the Men's side, and Coach Shawn Proffitt on the Women's side. Lyndsey Halik will serve as strength coach for the combined team and Steve Swinehart will help coach the combined team as assistant coach.

I've always said "the key to fast running is a slow jog". Active recovery incorporates managed movement to enhance and accelerate recovery. Train 21 day cycles with one day off (except for MS).
Proper training is scientific and data driven. It's okay that you estimate and improve as you grow in the program.
Look over your data, reflect on the week, and communicate with your coaches. Performance is a symptom of your training.
